Welcome to Twisted Sisters Nutrition of Franklin!

We are beyond excited to join the Downtown Franklin Community!

We are two sisters who were born and raised in the heart of Kentucky! Growing up, our families referred to us as "Twisted Sisters" because we were complete opposites, but always remained best friends!

Robyn and Riley are our names and making drinks is our game!

We offer a large variety of loaded teas and protein shakes that help to provide a healthy food supplement option at an affordable price!

A little bit about us!

Hey everyone! I'm Robyn! I am a wife, and a mama. We spend most of our time on the farm with our boys! I have played a few different roles within the Franklin community, but am so looking forward to this adventure in downtown Franklin! 



Hey guys! I'm Riley! I was born and raised in Bowling Green, but spent the last 5 years out West living in Colorado and Wyoming! My husband and I recently moved back to Kentucky to be closer to our family! We have two fur babies, Leo and Luna, that you may see modeling for the social media pages from time to time! I am so excited to be a part of the Franklin Community!
